Sign an anonymous union card.

Cards are required by the National Labor Relations Board to prove that we have majority interest from members of the bargaining unit to form a union. The organizing committee brings the cards to the NLRB, who will ask KC leadership if they recognize our union (names will be kept anonymous). If they say yes, the union will be official. If they say no, it will trigger an in-person election at the KC, where we need 50% + 1 person to vote yes in order to form the union.
